How much does it cost to join the club?
Our Spirits Club is free to join! We require a purchase equal to your club level number of bottles to activate your membership. After that, you only pay for the spirits you receive quarterly at your club discount.

Our Barrel Club membership costs $2000 and $10 per bottle upon pickup at time of bottling.

Do I get to pick out the spirits that go in my club?
Our Head Distiller carefully selects the spirits that will go into each club, but you do have the opportunity to swap out certain bottles in each shipment. Some bottles are allocated/required, some are swappable for each quarter. Additional bottles of your choice may be added at your club discount as well.

When are your club Allocations?
Quarterly:

2/27 – Q1 2023
5/1 – Q2 2023
8/7 – Q3 2023
11/6 – Q4 2023

Can I take my first allocation today?
New signups can take the previous allocation home with them based on availability. You can use your club discount on any purchases made today and onward.

What if I can’t make it to a pick up party?
No problem, we will hold your allocation here for you to pick up when you can make it into the tasting room for up to 4 weeks. After such time we will ship to the address on file and bill for shipping. You can also send a friend to pick up your shipment at any time.

Can you ship to my house or business?
Yes, we are able to ship your allocation anywhere in California

Can I bring friends to the pick up party?
Your membership includes two complimentary tickets to the pick up parties but additional may be purchased at $20 per guest. If they join our club while at the party, we are happy to refund you that amount.

Is there a fee to cancel?
There is no fee to cancel after you take the required two allocations.

How much is each quarterly charge?
Our allocations range from $100-$200 per quarter for the 2-3 bottles.

What is the fastest you can get the bottles through the Barrel Club?
With the small barrel, it may be possible to turn the barrel in 3 months (over a single quarterly member cycle) with added infusion spirals, but we recommend at least 6 months. Our distiller will help you determine when it’s ready.

What is the longest you can age the barrel?
Barrel club spirits can age up to 9 months before we need to bottle, with the option to renew your membership.

How long is the Barrel Club membership good for? Do they get the benefits even after their barrel is bottled?
Barrel Club perks are good for 12 months from your signup date, regardless of bottling. After you bottle and pickup, you have the option to renew, starting a fresh 12 months of membership.

If you join the Barrel Club, can you go to the other pick up parties?
All club members can join us for our Rod & Hammer quarterly pickup parties and our Member Mondays.

Do you need to schedule an appointment to taste from the barrel?
Yes, in the weeks leading up to the quarterly bottling cut off, you can schedule an appointment to taste from your barrel, or have our distiller let you know if it’s ready.

Can you go in on a Barrel Club membership with someone or a group?
Yes, you can share in the costs and split the bottles amongst your group, but only two people can be on the account to receive the discounts and complimentary access to club events.

How can I customize my spirit and the barrel?
All of our barrels are #3 char, but you can choose to add additional oak infusion spirals to up the char level and promote aging. In addition to the copper name plate, you are also able to add a branded company logo plaque to the end of the barrel.

What proof are they bottled at?
By default, all Barrel Club bottles are at 90 Poof (45%) to net (30) bottles. Members may request to be bottled at Cask Strength 112 Proof (56%) to net (24) bottles.

Can I add spices or special ingredients to my barrel?
To assure that you are happy with the final product, we do not allow any adjunct ingredients to be added at this time.

Can I bottle a portion now and age the rest longer?
Due to production requirements, the entirety of the barrel must be bottled at once when you determine it is ready.

Can I have a custom label?
Your Barrel Club membership includes a custom label on your bottles.  If you have a logo or print ready artwork, please email it to us as soon as possible. Looking for something special? Custom design package available for a $200 flat rate and subsequent label printing is complimentary for basic changes (color, spirit, etc).

Can I Invite friends for tastings or to Member Monday?
Absolutely, you can bring up to 5 guests for complimentary tastings, and up to 2 guests to our Member Monday events.
