Ingredients

  • 1.5 oz Cask Rye
  • 1.5 oz Pineapple Juice
  • .75 oz Lime Juice
  • .75 oz Brown Sugar Simple Syrup
  • .5 oz Carpano Bitters
  • Garnish: Dehydrated Lime

Directions

  1. Add all ingredients into shaker
  2. add ice and shake until well-chilled
  3. Strain into a rocks glass over ice
  4. garnish with dehydrated lime
