- 2 oz Coffee Bourbon
- 1 oz Cold Brew
- .5 oz Coffee Liqueur
- .5 oz Brown Sugar Simple Syrup
- 1 oz Egg Whites
Directions
- Dry shake all ingredients until whipped
- Add three small ice pebbles and shake for 20-30 seconds
- Double strain into a chilled coupe
- Garnish with sifted cinnamon powder and lightly torch
