A close cousin to the Old Fashioned and our spin on the classic Sazerac cocktail
Ingredients
- 2.5oz Cask Rye Whiskey
- Absinthe, to rinse
- 1 Sugar Cube
- 1/2tsp Cold Water
- Aromatic Bitters
- Lemon Peel
Directions
- Muddle sugar, water, & bitters in mixing glass
- Add Cask Rye Whiskey & ice
- Stir & strain into absinthe rinsed glass
- Garnish with lemon peel
